Manitou & Rough Terrain Service Specialists
At QLD Forklifts, we have one of the largest Manitou rental fleets in Australia. As such we are fully equipped and trained to maintain your Manitou, rough terrain forklift or rough terrain telehandler. We have direct parts access, full IT support and the technology to access your machines ICU to quickly and accurately diagnose repairs. In the event that your machine is down, we obviously have a full range of back up machines we can offer you to keep your business moving whilst we repair your machine.
All rough terrain forklifts and rough terrain telehandlers can be expensive to repair. It is far better to ensure your machine is well maintained with a regular service program to avoid down time and unnecessary costly repairs.
We can also provide you competitive pricing on tyres, parts and attachments you may need for your machine.
Lpg Certification
Queensland Forklifts is one of the few registered Gas Certified Installer's in the industry and available for mobile testing for certification. LPG powered Forklifts are required to be certified on an annual basis. We can provide this service as a one off solution or make it part of your ongoing maintenance plan.
Major In-House Servicing
All forklifts require a major service at various periods during the life of the machine. We offer a service where we can drop a replacement machine to your site, return your machine to our state of the art workshop and complete the required major overhauls. We can do all the following work in house including:
- engine rebuilds,
- transmission and axle overhauls,
- hydrostatic diagnostics and repairs
- hydraulic repairs including pumps and valve bank reconditioning
- ram and cylinder repairs
- fork carriages and mast rebuilds
- full electric motor repairs for all makes and models
- full resprays available in company colours or back to manufacturer colours.
